Join us for two musical brunch events that will brighten and warm the gray days of February and March with music, fine art, good coffee and scrumptious brunch foods. Visitors will enjoy live performance and preview new collections of paintings from our newly added artists for 2024. Both events are free and open to all.

Saturday February 10th’s  concert will feature classical guitar and vocal duo Tra La La with Liz Lebeau and Ken Pasciak. They will perform a selection of original arrangements of classical European art songs by a range of classical composers including Schubert, Faure, Granados and Bellini.

The event will also feature new works in oil from Vermont painter Julia Jensen who is one of Edgewater’s new artists for 2024. We will be exhibiting six landscape paintings that are evocative interpretations of Vermont’s rural landscape. Jensen presents the landscape in an abstracted form where the elements of layered fields, forests, and water are represented with loose gestural brushwork. Her use of light and shadow adds depth and drama to her compositions.

“I believe that paintings exist at the meeting ground between the external world and one’s internal, emotional, and spiritual responses to it. It is this response that I am attempting to represent in my work.”
