HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?
Edgewater Gallery ships via UPS and USPS. Most orders are processed within 2 business days. Shipping transit ranges from 2-7 business days depending on where you are located in the US. *Freight items may take longer as they require the building of a custom crate.
CAN YOU SHIP TO A PO BOX?
No. All items must be sent to a physical address in case the item requires a signature for delivery.
For Contiguous US:
Boutique items have four domestic (contiguous US states) flat rate shipping categories:
- Small items: $10
- Medium items: $25
- Large items: $40
- X-Large items: $75
Fine art items have four domestic (contiguous US states) flat rate shipping categories:
- Small – $75
paintings with the longest side under 10″
- Medium – $175
paintings 10-19″ on the longest side
- Large – $300
paintings 20-40″ on the longest side
- X-Large – $1000
freight shipping required
paintings with any dimension over 40″
For Non-Contiguous US (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, & the US Virgin Islands) and international shipments, please contact the gallery for a custom quote.
SOME OF THESE PRICES SEEM HIGH, WHY?
- All of our items are custom packaged to ensure they arrive safely. We use a local business that is expertly trained in proper packing techniques.
- Freight packing for large paintings includes a customized shipping crate built specifically for your painting.
- On the rare occasion that something goes wrong in shipping due to loss or damage, all packages sent from Edgewater Gallery are insured for the full purchase price to protect our customers’ investments. The risk of loss of any product(s) ordered through this Website shall transfer to you upon delivery of the product(s) to the shipping carrier.
- Please feel free to contact us if you would like a custom quote to your location. In some instances, we can also offer a reduced rate if you are shipping to a business location instead of a residence.
IS THERE A REDUCED SHIPPING RATE AVAILABLE WHEN PURCHASING MULTIPLE ITEMS?
In some cases, we are able to package multiple items together to reduce the shipping expense. Please contact the gallery for a custom quote.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Returns are for store credit only and require prior authorization from Edgewater Gallery. There are no returns for furniture and items purchased via the “Painting and Mixed Media” section. Unless otherwise noted, Photographs, Boutique, 3D and Sculpture items may be returned within 20 days from the date of purchase. These returns must be in accordance with the shipping and handling conditions stated below.
All eligible items returned to the store must be returned in their original, saleable condition.
Return shipping costs are solely at your cost. For details, please reference our shipping page.
Your refund shall reflect the total amount you paid for the product(s) less a 10% handling fee for processing the return. You will not be refunded the original shipping costs.
In the event of a return, the risk transfers to the gallery once it has been accepted as being in original condition. We suggest returns be insured for the purchase price of the item(s).
