See You At Our December Opening! New Work + Raffle

The much-anticipated and awaited holiday season is finally here! We hope it was a restful and food-filled Thanksgiving for all our supporters and can’t wait to see you stop in throughout the month to see our new work or to just get a rest from the cold snow.

This Saturday, we have our last opening of the year celebrating our two featured artists, Hannah Sessions and Jill Madden. Both of these artists live locally and are beloved by the community for their beautiful representations of farm life and the landscape. Hannah’s collection focuses on light’s inherent beauty and how captivating it is at different times and upon different objects. In her new body of work, Jill emphasizes the landscape using her knowledge of colors to play with reality and ideas of perception and enchantment.

Another thing to get excited about for this weekend’s opening is the raffle we are holding. To benefit our local food shelf of the Vermont Foodbank, both Hannah and Jill have graciously offered to raffle a brand new painting. Tickets are $20 each and available at the gallery until December 19th, when the winning names will be drawn. This is a great opportunity to do something charitable for the holidays and have a chance at a huge discount on a beautiful painting!
